Abstract:

This article discusses the concept of real estate management by state, municipal and other public authorities and organisations on the basis of real-estate economic data and economic indicators. Real-estate mass-valuation system applications already defined by regulations in Slovenia are described. Further proposals as well as possible and cost-effective applications of a real estate mass-valuation system are presented.
