Land cadastral representation adjustment when making land survey plan

Abstract:
Surveying plans are made in the national coordinate system. Land cadastral representation is based on cadastral plans of graphical measurements for the most of the country. Therefore, when a land survey plan with the land cadastre content is made, it is necessary to adjust the cutting area of the surveying plan to the national coordinate system in order to archive optimal adjustment of the land cadastral content inside national coordinate system. The foundation for the adjustment are cadastral plans, a collection of documents, land cadastre points, boundary points of measurement, orthophotos, data controls and the corresponding model of transformation. A high quality constructed land survey plan with land cadastral content is also harmonized with the topographical contents. Furthermore, the land survey plan contains the most recent recorded data of the land cadastre and data from the document collection.Applicable professional standards in the surveying branch require that every adjustment of the cutting area in the surveying plan be unique, because storing the information that serves as the basis for adjustments is not typically done. There is a strong likelihood that two land survey plans of the same area do not have a coherent land cadastre representation.
